Mini Barn

The Pro-Shed Mini Barn is the most economical shed we offer. However, you can rest assured that the level of quality is the same as our more expensive buildings. This compact mini barn will fit almost anywhere in your backyard, and is a great solution if you have limited space or a limited budget. We build the Mini-Barn with the same attention to detail and “Made in the USA” materials as our other sheds. The mini barn’s compact design makes it an affordable investment for those who need a smaller storage solution. Getting to your items is easy with the Mini Barn because it has no high lofts. With the shorter side walls, we can create the classic four-sided roof barn feature without the high peaks.

Standard Features

Floor Structure

The floor is one of the most important components of any portable storage building. The floors of all Pro-Shed buildings exceed industry standards, and our rugged-built construction is second to none. A solid built floor is important because it is the base on which the rest of the building is built.

Most sheds include five 4â€x 6â€ treated skids with floor joists notched in at 12â€ on center. Our floors feature treated 5/8â€ LP ProStruct Flooring with SmartFinish.

Wall Structures

With a vertical siding profile and the classic look of wood grain, our walls have a beautiful appearance that compliments any outdoor area. Coupled with superior LP siding products and appearance grade framing inside, our walls offer both appealing looks and a durable, functional design.

16″ on center framing is used behind the 50 year LP SmartSide Panel with SilverTech. 50 year trim and 25 year paint are included. Our standard doors are constructed with the SmartSide panel and use an LSL lumber frame. The Mini Barn uses a 46″ sidewall.

Roof Structure

Our roofs give you options. Choose between an architectural shingle or steel roofing panel for a roof that will last for many years. All our roofs include long lasting warranties and will ensure that your belongings stay dry and free from the harsh outdoor elements.

Our roofs are constructed using LP ProStruct Roof sheathing with SilverTech. Our roofs include your choice of 40 year steel of lifetime shingles, and feature 16″ on center trusses and synthetic underlayment on every building. The Mini Barn roof pitch is 5/12.
