Warranty Information & Claims

At Pro-Shed Buildings, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of every building we build. Each Pro-Shed building is backed by our Limited 5-Year Warranty, beginning from the date the building is completed, giving you confidence in your investment.

If your building or any part of our workmanship does not meet the standards established in our Limited 5-Year Warranty, please let us know by submitting a warranty claim. Our goal is to understand the issue and work toward the best possible solution.

Before Submitting Your Warranty Claim

To help us properly review and address your concern, please make sure the following steps are completed:

  • The Warranty Claim Form must be filled out completely.
  • Your building serial number/inventory number must be provided.
(It is located above the door of your building. Please include all letters and numbers.)
  • Include pictures of the area needing repair along with your Warranty Claim Form.
  • If you are reporting a roof, window, or door leak, we require:
  • A picture of the inside of the building showing the issue
  • A picture of the outside of the building showing the affected area
Once we receive your completed Warranty Claim Form and required pictures, we will review your claim and determine the appropriate next steps.

Terms & Timelines

Warranty Start Date

The 5-Year Limited Warranty period begins on the date the building is completed.

Report Appearance Issues

Broken windows, locks, and other appearance-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Claims for these items submitted after this time period may not be accepted.

Processing Time

Warranty claims typically require 2–4 weeks for processing after all required information has been received.

Documentation Required

If the required steps, photos, or documentation are not provided, warranty consideration may be delayed or denied.
